Qualified: 2001 Royal Liverpool University Hospital Medical School

Dr McIver graduated from the University of Liverpool before going on to work in some of the UK’s busiest hospitals. He has worked in the following hospital specialties: Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Cardiology, Geriatrics & Stroke Medicine and Colorectal & Vascular Surgery.

His Accident & Emergency experience includes 4 months with the North Queensland helicopter ambulance service. He worked for 2 years in the Adult and Paediatric Emergency Room at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.

He became a director of Sloane Medical Practice in 2010.

He enjoys the variety of General Practice. He believes that the doctor–patient relationship is central for the delivery of high quality health care in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Dr McIver is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, The Independent Doctors Federation and The Royal Society of Medicine.

He lives in Fulham and enjoys independent travel, particularly to the Far East and the USA. He is club doctor to The Oriental Club near Bond Street.

Dr Sabrina Pao MBBS BSc DFFP MRCGP DipOccMed


Qualified: 2003 Guy’s, Kings and St. Thomas Medical School

Dr Pao trained at Guy’s, Kings and St. Thomas Medical School in London and qualified in 2003. Following this she worked in London hospitals including Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and Guy’s Hospital, gaining experience in Paediatrics, Psychiatry, General Medicine and Accident & Emergency, before opting to focus on General Practice. Dr Pao became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2007 and has also achieved diplomas in Family Planning and in Occupational Health.

She is a member of the Independent Doctors Federation and sits on the council for the Chelsea Clinical Society.

She became a director of Sloane Medical Practice in 2010.

Dr Pao is Practice Lead for Women’s Health and has an interest in:

Dr Pao lives in Putney with her husband and son.




Qualified: 2010 Barts and the London Medical School

Dr Gray trained at the University of St Andrews (Scotland) and Barts and the London Medical School. Following her qualification in 2010, she has worked at numerous hospitals in Central and East London, with patients in Accident and Emergency, Acute Care, Endocrinology, Respiratory Medicine, Gastroenterology, Bariatric Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Practice, and Psychiatry.

After deciding to focus on General Practice, and completing her training in this field, Dr Gray became a member of the Royal Society of General Practitioners. She is especially interested in women’s health, and gained her diploma in Family Planning and Letter of Competence in Intrauterine Techniques. She is also a member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and has spent time researching infertility and endometriosis at the University of British Columbia (Canada).

Combining her love of travel with her passion for running, Dr Gray regularly participates in marathons across Europe.

Qualified: 2003 University College London

Dr Butt trained at the Royal Free and University College Medical School, London and qualified in 2003. Following this he trained in surgery, working in a number of leading teaching hospitals both in the UK and Australasia and successfully completed Parts 1 and 2 of the Royal College of Surgeons membership exams. He then chose to focus on General Practice and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners following completion of his General Practice training. Dr Butt has experience in the following hospital specialities: Respiratory Medicine, Endocrinology, Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Geriatrics & Stroke Medicine, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Colorectal Surgery, ENT Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, and Plastic Surgery.

Dr Butt has also previously worked as a Clinical Advisor to the former Chief Medical Officer of England, and worked for the World Health Organization's global Patient Safety Programme in Geneva. More recently he has led the Quality Improvement Programme at the British Medical Journal. He currently combines general practice with his passion for using technology to improve patient care and outcomes, which he does through his role as Medical Director for Babylon, a leading digital health company.

He lives in Hampstead and enjoys travel, skiing, and eating out.

Dr. Galluccio Richardson was educated in Italy, England and the United States. She speaks English and Italian fluently and has a good working knowledge of French and Spanish, having conducted psychotherapy in all these languages. Her extensive experience with diverse populations has allowed her to establish a comfortable and productive relationship with clients from different backgrounds. Her awareness of cultural nuances makes her exceptionally skilled in servicing the needs of London's diverse population.

Dr. Galluccio Richardson trained in the United States and received her Ph.D. from Fairleigh Dickinson University (New Jersey). She trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital (Maryland), Children's Hospital of Beth Israel Medical Centre (New Jersey), Bellevue Hospital (New York), University’s Child Study Centre (New York) and the Albert Ellis Institute (New York).

Dr. Galluccio Richardson is licensed as a psychologist by the State of New York. She is a Certified Supervisor in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Vice Chair of the Association of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy in the UK. She is a Consulting Psychologist at Capio Nightingale Hospital, a prestigious private psychiatric hospital in West London. She joined Sloane Medical Practice in September 2009.

Her main areas of interest are: Anxiety, Anger, Selective Mutism, Phobia, School refusal, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Depression, OCD, Parenting Skills, Relationship problems. She treats children, adolescents and adults using predominantly a cognitive behavioural approach which has been proven effective for the conditions listed above.

Dr. Carina Eriksen MSc D.Psych CPsychol  BABCP

Dr. Carina Eriksen is a Chartered and registered counselling psychologist with an extensive London based private practise for young people, adults, couples and families. She is an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies having specialised at the Institute of Psychiatry. She has managed a team of clinical and counselling psychologists, CBT therapists and psychotherapists in the NHS for several years and she used to be an external supervisor for the Priory. She specialises in CBT therapy and is also trained in brief solution focused therapy, systemic therapy, psychodynamic therapy and person-centred therapy. She has extensive experience consulting in clinical and organisational settings in the UK and Europe.

Carina is a consultant at Colet Court, St Pauls School for boys and she works closely with several British and International schools in London. She is also a consultant at dynamic change consultants, a leading psychology practice offering tailor made services to individuals and large corporations including crisis management, leadership skills and a unique assessment and treatment service for people who have fear of flying.

She is an author and a co-author of several books and her work has been published in prestigious journals. She is actively involved in research with a specific interest in the topic of anxiety, panic, work stress, woman’s wellbeing and the psychological effects of health problems. Carina is often invited to present these topics at conferences in the UK and abroad.
