from 1st October 2025, this fee will apply to all prescriptions issued outside of consultations and covers the increasing amount of admin and doctors' time required to prepare and send prescriptions. This is in line with standard procedures in London private practices.

Cancellations and Payments

It is requested that patients settle their accounts at the end of each consultation. Insured patients should arrive to their appointment with their membership number and pre -authorisation code.

If information is not provided, you will be requested to pay and make a direct claim with your insurance provider. We currently accept Bupa International, Cigna International, AXA International, Geo Blue, Henner and Alliance.

In the event of a missed appointment or cancellation without 24 hour prior notice, we reserve the right to charge up to the full consultation fee.
